We had such a great experience working with Stan, we completed work at 2 houses with him. One house was completed using aluminum panels and needed a new gutter and re-routing of the downspouts. Stan and his team was professional, did a great job and kept our property clean. The second house was completed using steel. The soffits, facia, gutters and downspouts were also replaced. Stan's team did this work in the winter which I originally doubted could be done well, everything turned out great. To have a contractor do what the said the were going to do, Do it when they said there were going to do it. Have it done on the agreed cost. Work full days to get it done when the said it would be completed is PRICELESS. Our neighborhood is about 12 years old. The builder-special shingles are at the end of their life, and neighbours started replacing their roofs last year. There are many, many roofing contractors that are working now in our area. Some use cheapest IKO shingles, some go with better options. As we have no plans to sell our home we were looking for longevity and better looks. Top-quality shingled roof would have cost us about $10K. Eventually we decided to go with a metal roof for the looks and longevity. Our neighbours did their roof first. They used London Eco-Metal roofing panels, which were installed by a crew from Highland Roofing company. We were most impressed by the workmanship and cleanliness of the crew that did the roof. In roofing the quality of installation is just as important as the quality of roofing material that is used. Together they determine how long the roof is going to last. We were so much pleased with the way our neighbour’s roof came out that we decided to use the same crew and roofing material type. It took Highland Roofing crew two days to install the new roof and we’re very pleased the outcome. The new roof is gorgeous, and we had many compliments from our neighbours. Thank you Stan and the crew!
