About
Highland Metal Roofing
European metal roof installation and eavestrough services for Toronto, the GTA and Ontario cottage country
In Ontario since 2004
Highland installs European metal roofs for homes, cottages and new builds across Toronto, the GTA and Ontario cottage country. Highland has been in the trade since 2004, and the work includes roof installation and eavestrough installation or replacement. You can contact us about either service or plan both together.
Insured and covered
Highland carries $5 million in liability insurance and is covered by WSIB. Both are worth asking any roofer about before work starts, and worth seeing in writing.
Local expertise
A city home and a seasonal cottage bring different questions about access, timing and the existing roof. Tell us where the property is and what needs attention so we can discuss the work in context.
Warranties
Material and workmanship coverage address different parts of the project, and a roof has three warranties rather than one. The panel coating carries a 45-year warranty from its manufacturer and the eavestrough system carries 40 years from its own. Those cover the materials. Highland warrants its own workmanship for 5 years, which is the one that covers the installation itself. Ask us for the written terms when discussing your project, including what each one excludes and who to contact with a concern.
